Wax Removal
For
removal of wax on carpet place ice in plastic bag and lay over the
candle wax, letting it freeze. Break off and remove as much wax as
possible. Then using a damp, clean, white towel (old), place an iron,
set to medium hot, press down, continue to check area for wax stain
removal.
 Do’s and Don’ts
Do burn white wax candles, because if spilled, colored or scented
candles the wax can be removed but the color stain may remain.

I
cannot tell you how many homes I have seen with colored stains on
carpet around wall outlets because of scented plug-ins. Make sure they
do not leak, because they are heated oils and the stain cannot be
removed from carpet.
 Here is
a quick tip that should help you with minor wax stains.
Put
a cloth onto the dry wax and hook up an iron and go at it! Hold the
iron onto the cloth and the wax comes right into the cloth.
Make
sure you don't use a cloth that has color in it, it will bleed onto the
carpet.
Your carpet will be soft and free of all wax.
