I'm impressed
It
was nice to have the owner of the company come to the house. He was on
time, quick, thorough, and quoted a price and stuck with it. There are
no surprises (bait and switch). My carpet looks the best it has ever
looked after a cleaning. I would definitely recommend Amazing and use
them again. My house smells so clean and the carpet feels and
looks wonderful.

Exceptional Work
I
just had Rick and his tech come to my home to do my carpets. The appt.
was made to my schedule, and they arrived on time. My carpets look
brand new. Thanks for taking such care in cleaning the carpet and
keeping a job very neat.

Absolutely the best
Rick
just left after his 3rd visit, and once again I'm impressed. The
quality of service is outstanding, especially when his prices are so
reasonable. He even moved the fridge to clean the tile behind it
without my asking. He's also very professional, calling if there's a
hiccup in scheduling - a courtesy all too often lacking these days. I
had carpets cleaned here in the Valley for 19 years, and Rick's
absolutely the best!

and his tech did a fabulous job. I found him on Kudzu over a year ago
and have used him several times to clean carpets at 2 locations, tile
in one house and re-wax the floor in an office. He is very prompt,
professional and does a GREAT job!! He also has very fair pricing on
all services. I will definitely use him again in the future and would
highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Rick on Kudzu and chose ACTC based on the reviews - the positive
reviews were right on! He was on time, did a beautiful job on carpet
and stone flooring throughout. He is thorough and quick. I called him
back on a stubborn stain, which he responded that day and took care of
it. Highly recommend him, and will use him again - thanks Rick!

called ahead of our scheduled time to advise that he was running a bit
late from the previous job. No problem, glad I was called in advance.
When Rick showed up he did everything right. He was courteous,
professional, and very nice to my dog Charlie. He pre-treated the
carpet and then began soaking the tile floors while his employee setup
the heavy machinery. Within 2 hours the entire house was done and it's
never looked better. Rick is a perfectionist. He went over a couple of
"ugly" carpet spots more than once to make sure they looked up to his
standard and they did look great in the end. Overall, I was very please
with the service and would highly recommend Amazing Cleaning to anyone.
By the way, the total price came $50 under the phone estimate so that
shows you he is fair and honest. He won't overcharge you-- stop looking
at other competitors and choose Amazing. You'll be glad you did.

When
I read the reviews and saw the 2 negative ones I was a little concerned
but they were wrong. I had good service at a great price. They were
friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

Excellent Service
I
found Amazing on Kudzu. They were on time and very quick to finish the
job. In a couple of stain areas, they re-cleaned the carpets until they
were satisfied (I couldn't see any stain after the first cleaning, but
Rick is a perfectionist!). I also found them to be very competitive
from a price perspective, as well. I highly recommend Amazing Carpet
Cleaning.

been exellent. Amazing carpet lived up to its name,they arrived early
looked over the area to be cleaned did their amazing job ,even with a

Kudzu.com. I must admist I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous
and professional service I received. Rick was prompt and efficient and
even helped with a non-carpet related problem. The carpets look great
and I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend Rick to anyone

came home from work and found my dog had been sick and made a smelly
mess in the house.I called Amazing. Rick came over that evening before
the soiled areas became stained.He went to work removing both the nasty
smell and spots saving my carpet. I'm a client for life!

Amazing
came out to clean both my carpet and tile. They were courteous and even
called to say they'd be a little late. (Which they were only 5 minutes
late) All during the cleaning I kept saying..."this looks great!" Rick
even told me the chemical cleaning process they used. My tile and
carpet look like new and I will definitely use Amazing again! I've
already given out their name to several friends.

Amazing
Carpet and Tile Restoration cleaned all the carpet in my home in less
than an hour. The results are fantastic. They were able to meet my need
for it to be done within a couple of days. As it says on their card,
'Amazing Service - Amazing Results'. That is no lie. I will be calling
Amazing in the future.

had Amazing out in June to clean our carpets, and were ver pleased w/
the results. Price was exatly what was quoted, they arrived early, and
were very frienly and professional while they were here. This was the
first time we've had carpet cleaned professional and we were "amazed"
on what a diffrence it made, bye bye rug-doctor.

have used Amazing twice now and they are Exceptional!!! They spent
extra time and energy cleaning the high traffic areas where the carpet
has crushed down, shifted some furniture to clean under it, and are
very well priced. They even cleaned our rugs at no additional cost. No
hidden fees, bait and switch, or other shady tactics so commonly found
in the industry. I highly recommend Amazing Carpet & Tile

AND OWNER RICK DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON CLEANING MY CARPET, THERE WERE
SEVERAL BLACK AND RED STAINS THAT CAME COMPLETELY OUT MAKING THE WHOLE

guy really hustle. They are courteous of my time and they do a great
job. MOST of the time, if they can, they will squeeze me in the same
day I call. If they can't swing it the same day they will get to my

was my first time using Kudzu and Amazing tile and it was a great
experience. Amazing tile was everything the reviews said. They were
prompt, courteous and the estimate was what I was charged. The work
itself was terrific, my floors look like new again.

and Carpet.Wow! My tile and grout actually change back to its original

have used Amazing Carpet and Tile three times now for carpet cleaning
and twice for grout over the last 3 years. Rick has quick service,
excellent cleaning results and reasonable rates. Today they also
cleaned my tile grout and I am thrilled with my floors and grout, they
are squeaky clean! I gladly recommend Amazing Carpet and Tile.

Amazing
tile was referred to me by a friend who had used them several times.
They had a real challenge at my house-- several years of ground-in dirt
on light-colored ceramic tile and grout. They arrived on time, were
friendly and helpful, and successfully scrubbed and steam-cleaned the
grout and tile. I was very satisfied with the completed job, and would
hire them again.
